    James is a great trainer. He works with you and pushes you to reach your goals. He keeps your workouts interesting by varying them all the time & by engaging with you. James is flexible and works with any issues that arise, e.g. injuries or scheduling issues. James has been my trainer for many years. I highly recommend him.

    James is a “one of a kind” personal trainer and fitness coach. His personal touch and unique training methods make for a fun, energized work out. In addition his knowledge and fitness expertise allow for extended training and education outside the gym. James is “hands down” the best trainer I have worked with!

    I’ve had several trainers over the years and James is by far the best. He works within your parameters and is sensitive to injuries and limitations, but knows how to push you to achieve your maximum potential. The best part is that no two workouts are the same. James is the most creative and thoughtful trainer I’ve ever seen — he is always coming up with new ways to do compound movements and keep you from being board. Finally, the efficiency is amazing. Spending an hour with James is like having three hours alone at the gym.
