    I am always impressed with the diversity of the workouts as well as the results I have achieved in a short time. Hope is knowledgeable, talented and makes exercise more like needed therapy than work.

    I am so glad I decided to do personal training. I was scared at first (even some days) of the exercises we would be doing because I didn’t think I could do them. Hope really believes in you (and motivates ) and helps you gain the confidence to believe in your self to do them. You feel and see the difference! Love having our own gym!

    I utilize bccp fitness studio several times a week. I personal train with Hope and take spin classes through out the week. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

    Excellent experience both mentally and physically , Hope will customize your workout to your own personal level , she is very encouraging and inspiring . My life changed for the better the day I met Hope. Was hypertensive and had insulin resistance before starting her program and now all
    Levels are normal . I have worked out with Hope for 8-9 yrs now and I can honesty day I’m so much stronger and healthier now because of her and her program . Recommend her to anyone at any level .

    Hope is AMAZING!! You will never find a better personal trainer. But she is so much more than that, she is a great friend, motivator, and she will NEVER give up on you!! Hope knows from her own personal experiences how hard it is to lose weight and stay in shape. Give her bootcamp, personal training and hope prep meals a chance. What do you have to lose? You won’t be disappointed, and you will have an amazing bootcamp family to cheer you on and support you in every way!!! Everyone needs a little Hope in their life!!!
