    I’ve been taking Connie’s Pound class for 2 years now and have yet to find another workout as fun, engaging, and effective! She has such enthusiasm and makes each workout fly by! Connie keeps the class fresh and mixes up the movement and music frequently, so it never feels stagnant.

    Connie has a tremendous amount of experience in the fitness world, and it shows. She ensures your form is correct to prevent injuries, and offers multiple modifications to make movements easier or harder depending on your limitations or abilities. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend taking class with Connie!

    I absolutely LOVE taking Pound with Connie Mullen Fitness! I have been a regular student since 2014 and have to tell you- there’s nothing more motivating than your instructor/Pound Pro keeping you accountable, making sure you’re attending class frequently and working out correctly. It’s also a ton of fun!

    I have taken FXP Hoop classes with Connie as well, which are also fantastic. I have my own hoop now and even convince her to let me Skype into classes if I’m out of town. Best fitness instructor!
