    Great workout, Friendly environment in a well equipped gym.
    Cheryl is an excellent very motivational instructor/coach.
    Would highly recommend desert crossfit.

    Joining Desert Crossfit has been one of the best decisions I have made. I remember when I walked in for the first time I was so nervous, but Coach Cheryl is so welcoming and made me feel at home. I have had the best training I have ever had from Coach Cheryl and the other trainers. When I finished my intro classes, I was excited to join the regular classes. They push you to your limit each time, and if you feel like you’re not going to make it, you hear the other members cheering you on. My technique and overall strength has improved tremendously in the year that I’ve been going. When you’re learning a new movement they let us go at a comfortable pace and when they see that we are ready for more weight they encourage us to add it. The times that I’ve struggled, one of the coaches walks up and personally guides you and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed at all. I try and do a mixture of Crossfit classes and the Burner Bootcamp classes which is something I strongly encourage just to mix things up. I’m also a germ freak and this gym is consistently clean, and they have antibacterial wipes to clean your equipment with after the workouts which is huge plus for me. I try and encourage anyone that is interested in working out and want to have that guidance to Desert Crossfit.

    Really great box with an friendly clientele and great coach. Coach Cheryl really takes the time to give you a rigorous warmup, useful advice, and corrective tips for more efficient movements in real time. I would highly recommend this box when you’re in the desert.
