    I’ve been working with Andrew for about 9 months now and would strongly recommend him. Each week he designs a unique workout that is challenging, but also aligned to my workout goals. He knows when to push me, but also how to adapt to my limitations.

    Also, Andrew is also very personable, so it makes the workouts fun and fly by.

    As a sports chiropractor I cannot recommend Andrew enough. He is an expert in his craft and has met and exceeded any expectations that I had. He can work with the high level athlete looking to improve their performance to the person looking to get off the couch and lose some weight. His knowledge of the body and exercise are reflected in his pursuit to stay on top of the latest trends in the industry. I never hesitate to refer him to people looking to strengthen through the healing process as well as those looking to remain injury free.

    I have known Andrew for almost 10 years and never have my workouts been boring. He got me through a very tough time as well and that was recovering from ACL replacement surgery. He even came to my house those first few weeks post surgery.
    When you are training with Andrew it is your time. He never has his phone with him, never is looking at the TV. He is totally concentrating on you, your workout and your form.
    My goals over the years have changed and he always reworks the program to help me accomplish my goals. This year he helped my add 10-15 yards to my shots on the course.

    I had constant low back pain, I think my chiropractor was getting frustrated with me and suggested I go meet with Andrew. Upon meeting him, I knew it was a go! We started out slow so he could figure me and my body out, and figure it out he did. With almost a year under our belts, I have biked over 100 miles in northern Italy and gone on a working mission trip without any injuries! Because of Andrew, I am a much stronger woman, my back never hurts, my shoulders don’t ache, I am in the best shape of my life….really!
    He makes this grueling our fun!
    I’m almost ready to add a 3rd day!

    Andrew has been my coach and trainer for over 2 years and has had a huge impact on my life. I am in the best shape I’ve been in a long time (ever?), know how food impacts my energy better, and have maintained a huge weight loss, which I always have struggled with. He pushes me hard enough but no so hard I want to quit! I have recommended him highly to others.

    Andrew is an excellent coach. His training knowledge and experience helps him put together a program designed for what your specific goals are. He is patient and answers the why this is a helpful exercise and shares his knowledge of nutrition as well. We have worked together for over 2 years and I am stronger, fitter and happier.
