    I really let myself get weak and out of shape since breaking an ankle 10 months ago. At 54, it’s not as easy as it used to be to recover. Daniel has been great at working on a gradient and yet pushing me. I love the fact that he works the whole body every day, in every exercise, and always changes up the routine. It’s fresh and very challenging. I’m feeling stronger and am seeing a difference in my shape. I’m really glad I found him. Highly recommended.
