Steph Haddad is a fantastic trainer. I’ve known Steph for about 5 years now and got to watch her as she started her career. I am a trainer myself and have utmost respect and admiration for Steph and the work that she does. She is great because of the following 1) She has an awesome personality. Steph is personable, funny, and witty. I’ve watched her as she works her clients hard while at the same time keeping them entertained. That’s a real skill that is not easy to do. 2) Steph is extremely knowledgeable. She’s had lots of her own experiences with fitness and rehab and more importantly she is constantly seeking out knowledge by taking classes and reading and viewing the latest and greatest things to give her clients. 3) She knows more than just fitness stuff. She is a talented musician and can discuss for days about music and bands and everything related. She is also very culturally and socially aware and works to not only make her clients better but also her community and the world a better place.
I could go on and on and list many more things but those are some of the most important. As a trainer and future PT I have utmost confidence and trust that Steph will treat any client or post rehab patient with the greatest competence, caring, and compassion and therefore I highly recommend her as a trainer.

I’ve been in martial arts for nearly twenty years, and have strength trained for about ten of those, so I know a thing or two about working hard. Training with Steph was fun, engaging and challenging; everything a workout should be.

Steph Haddad is a fantastic personal trainer. I’ve known Steph for at least 5 years now and got to work with her as she started her career. I am a personal trainer as well and had the pleasure of working with Steph for at least 2-3 years. The things I like and respect most about Steph are 1) her personality is awesome! She is a great motivator and seems to get along with everyone. She likes to keep her clients entertained and is able to connect with them on a personal level. 2) she is extremely knowledgeable. Not only does she have lots of her own experience with fitness and rehab but she is also very adamant about seeking out knowledge. She is always taking new classes and reading and viewing new sources to make sure she is up on the latest and greatest things to offer her clients. 3) she knows more than just fitness stuff. She is a talented musician and can discuss for days about different bands and types of music. She is also a socially and culturally aware and accepting and is always trying to not only make her clients better but make the community and the world a better place.
I could go on and on but those are some of the most important things I like about Steph. Myself as a personal trainer and future PT have utmost trust and confidence that Steph could handle any client or post rehab patient with the competence, caring, and compassion that leads to a healthier and happier life for that person.

Steph was instrumental in getting me back to normal following knee surgery. She really understands recovery from injury. But more important than that, SHE IS FUN! I am not a well motivated person and Steph made sure to keep me moving, the right way, while laughing.

My one on one sessions with Steph was very motivating. She knows how to push me without me knowing that I was working harder. Fun workout sessions.
