! Jenn is the best. She challenges me while being supportive and caring. When I had a injury (not from the training), she made sure our regimen worked around and didn’t exacerbate my condition. She’s knowledgeable, sensitive, and fun to be around. Saldare is a great place to train. It’s small yet has everything you need. Absolutely give Saldare and Jenn a try!”

    Nothing beats one-on-one yoga & coaching! You’ll never get the full benefit from big-group yoga without occasional 1-on-1 private training. While it can still be a serious (and beneficial) work-out, Jenn adds her own “spin” to keep the sessions fun/interesting. I highly value the personal training component & recommend Jenn to anyone.”
