  3. I met Raina over 2 years ago, I had been having a terrible time with digestion issues and stress. Raina suggested I try kefir, kombucha and fermented foods. The difference was magical, almost overnight. I started making all of the suggested fermented products at home – it’s so easy! I took a couple more workshops – just to reach my comfort level.
