    I’ve never liked working out until now. Mike’s method is fun, effective and easy to look forward to.
    I lost almost five inches in six weeks with his workout!! I can’t wait to lose five more!

    I’ve worked with Mike as my personal trainer for almost a year now. He is the most professional and thorough trainer I’ve had the pleasure to workout with. His attention to the small details that enhance the fitness experience as well as preventing injury give testimony to his vast training experience, as well as his continued education in the fitness field. I can’t imagine ever hiring anyone else to train me.

    Mike is a very knowledgable trainer. He watches with a keen eye on every exercise I did to make sure it was done properly. He listened to my needs and wants for my results. And I got great results in a short amount of time. He is always on time and makes great use of the time I had to workout. Great trainer and friend.

    Every Sat morning at 7am we looked forward to Mike. We always felt like we made a good effort and I giggled with every new muscle that showed up.In other words we were trained in a supportive atmosphere and saw results. We are still mourning in Penna.

    Mike is an extremely competent and knowledgeable trainer. I have a back
    injury and he has been great to be
    extremely cautious workkng with it, while still giving me great, sweat producing workout! If you haven’t worked in a long while (as was the case for me) he also is great to find the perfect balance to keep you just sore enough….but not so sore that you can’t move. I highly recommend him for any age, level of fitness, or body type.

    I took self defense training with Mike. His method is unique, but extremely effective. The best part is that I finished with a renewed sense of self confidence (something that had been previously compromised after a personal threat and abusive relationship). I work in a job where I leave in the middle of the night. I take reasonable precautions, but I am not afraid anymore. If I could rate his services with more stars, I would!!

    Mike Campbell is an extraordinary young man. I have employed Mike as a personal trainer for 1 & 1/2 years and he impresses me each and every week with his knowledge and his attention to detail. Mike is always early for our appointments and makes the maximum use of our time together. He varies each session to keep them interesting and work different muscle groups. Mike works hard at his craft, keeping up with the latest research and programs. I have worked with other trainers in the past and Mike supersedes them all! I give Mike the strongest recommendation possible.
