For one-on-one Personal Training clients (in-person)
– Each client goes through a detailed consultation before training. The consultation includes discussion of goals, fitness history, body fat testing, and a functional movement screen.
– Each client receives a macronutrient plan based on their goals and fitness requirements
– Most clients train between 2-4 times per week (of course, the more you train, the quicker the results)
– Clients pay for the SESSION, not for the “time.” Each session lasts as long as the workout calls for. Quality over quantity!
For ONLINE clientele
– Each client receives 4 weeks of programming at a time. Each week consisting of 4-6 workouts (as requested by client).
– Each client also receives macronutrient plan and nutritional guidance
– Regular Email/text check-ins
