    Dr. Joe is a holistic chiropractor. He does much more than just the basic adjustments. He does fascia stretching and other stretches and exercises on and off the table, and he gives you exercises and stretches you can do at home or at the gym. I came to Dr. Joe because of sore hips and lack of mobility. After a few sessions, my hip soreness was greatly diminished and my mobility improved. My weight lifting has improved, especially dead lifts and squats, and my overall health has become better. I continue to see Dr. Joe for overall great health.
