    Cant reccomend enough

    Gave me a meal plan that i could use long term, lost 30 pounds in the first few months.

    Great teacher in the gym too, not only did she teach me how to use everything PROPERLY, but many techniques on how to do thing differently.

    Fast forward to today and im heathy and cut

    I have been training with Cindy for at least 5 years now after being injured working with a trainer who did not know what they were doing. After resting the areas a year, I still had severe pain until Cindy worked with me on rehab. Now, no pain, full range of motion, plus I am stronger now than any time in my life (I’m 66) and have core strength and improved balance that has saved me from falling several times for sure. I see her twice a week and if I had the time and personality to, I’d be there 3 days a week….in short, I highly recommend her!!
