Pro Fit Strength & Conditioning is a product of many years of passion, education and hard work. After many years of working with a wide range of “professionals”, and seeing ineffective trainning, poor coaching, misinformation, a lack of education and common sense for proper, successful training, the necessity to fulfill a long time dream came about.
Our facility strives to change and correct the strength & conditioning and personal training perception, by teaching sound and educated techniques and training to achieve optimal results.
Our company prides itself by having only highly professional coaches as part of our team, who not only have the most prestigious certificactions, but also have higher education in the field of Exercise Science and real world experience training others, as well as ourselves.

Pro Fit S&C wants all our clients to have an athlete-based training experience, which is why our motto is based on the fact that “You don’t have to be an athelete, to train like one”. Athletic performance training not only helps you on the playing field, but also improves body composition (i.e. lose or gain weight), makes daily tasks (i.e. picking up objects) easier, and improves overall health factors (i.e. hormones, cholesterol, blood glucose, and blood pressure).
