    I joined Iron Tribe to gain core strength. I have scoliosis so core strength is crucial in holding my chiropractic adjustments. For years I lived with chronic back ache, and after only 8 weeks of working out consistently at Iron Tribe, three days per week, my back pain was gone! After 1 year of consistent workouts, I have been able to hold ten degrees of correction to my spine! It’s all about the core strength for me and I get that at Iron Tribe. I never feel intimidated nor out of my league at Iron Tribe. It’s never about that. We are all at different ages and stages in our fitness journey. It’s about community and supporting each other in reaching our goals. Every workout can be scaled to meet anyone’s ability. And the coaches are careful to keep a close eye on proper form and technique. In addition to getting physically stronger, one of my goals was to eat healthier. I’ve met that goal thanks to the huge emphasis Iron Tribe puts on maintaining a healthy diet. Iron Tribe is a different kind of gym. We’re tribe, and we stick together.
